My name is Nauris Svika. I’m the owner of the leadership & team development company “B02” Ltd. in Europe. Business trainer since 2007. Business owner since 2008. Internationally certified adult education trainer since 2011. I’m a former military officer, veteran of Kosovo and Iraq conflicts.
